Just as for new homes, the design process for remodeling projects begins with the all-important needs analysis in partnership with the customer. This is not a compromise to achieve the most inexpensive construction possible. Instead, it is an honest partnership with the client to explore, discover and solve the unique challenges of the project in keeping with our high standards for quality and craftsmanship.

Once we’ve assessed needs and set budget parameters, we review the existing structure and choose our design team. With the existing building loaded into our CAD (Computer-Aided Design) system, we can move on to the exciting part: actual design solutions. Following review and revisions, we are able to generate a preliminary estimate, create specifications and move to a final estimate and construction schedule.
